Founder of Undercoaching
ABOUT MY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I'm a food technologist with significant experience - gained both abroad and in Italy in a number of food and beverage sectors: dairy, meat, and coffee.
In addition, I also have considerable know-how about food packaging as I worked for 5 years in a packaging company.
I have always held key roles such as: Technical Director, Plant Manager, Quality Manager - in the following areas: Production, Quality Control, Research & Development.
These diverse work experiences have exposed me to different sectors and sides of the business process, allowing me to appreciate facets of the same problem.
I think one of my biggest strengths is my ability to adapt both culturally and linguistically in any given situation as well as my capacity to gain an understanding of new or unknown situations quickly.
I am convinced that Teamwork is a strength and what it can generate for goals.
I believe in Kaizen's philosophy and continuous improvement through optimizing organization and processes by eliminating waste. I understood the power of statistics through acquiring a certificate as a Lean six-sigma Black Belt. I love analysing problems with numbers and facts thanks to this program.
My favourite quote is: "Impossible is nothing"
WHY I STARTED UNDERCOACHING
My name is Emanuele Pagoni.
I have always believed that sport is one of the greatest schools of life.
Over the years I have been an athlete, a volleyball coach and an international manager. In every experience I discovered that the most valuable lessons were never limited to winning.

They were about discipline

Respect

Curiosity
UnderCoaching was born from a simple idea.
Whenever I read the story of a great athlete, I found lessons that could inspire anyone, regardless of the sport they practice.
I wanted to collect those stories, study them and share them with others.
Not as a coach.
Not as someone who has all the answers.
But as someone who genuinely loves sport and believes that every legend has something to teach us.
This website is my way of preserving those lessons and making them available to anyone who shares the same passion.
Welcome to UnderCoaching.
